Bespoke solutions from design to production

Creative minds bring innovative technology to life. We have a holistic approach to design that combines in-depth experience with constant awareness of technology and sector developments.

With almost 40 years of experience, our cross-disciplinary mechanical, electrical and software design teams are highly skilled in the development of optimised assembly, packaging and converting automation.

Systems are developed using a combination of tailored bespoke designs, module technologies, and third-party supplier equipment. Fast-to-fail techniques ensure that we achieve the best possible design for you in the shortest time at least cost.

Links with key technology partners keep us at the forefront of technology intelligence and development. This enables us to give you the full benefits of new design knowhow.

Delivering quality components exactly when needed.

Our in-house production department services all Lambert divisions, guaranteeing us - and you - the security of knowing that we’re in full control of component manufacture. And the quality we demand for our design and build projects is the same quality we deliver to our Precision Component customers.

Our production engineers use finite scheduling to ensure that components meet JIT requirements. This maximises the efficiency of build and commissioning stages, cuts waste, and allows us to be more competitive.

We also take the utmost care to ensure that parts are made cost efficiently and to the highest possible quality standards.

We have full in-house inspection facilities and our culture ensures that each engineer takes an old-fashioned personal pride in getting components right first time.

We dedicate 7500m2 of floor space and over 2000 machine hours per week to component manufacture. With close to 40 milling, turning, boring and grinding machines and a fully tooled four-bay fabrication shop, our facilities are a superb, value for money resource for all your precision component needs. And perhaps most important of all, we can promise you the peace of mind that comes from trust in the quality of the components that keep your automation operating faultlessly.

Assembled and tested to the highest levels of performance.

System assembly is carried out in five dedicated assembly areas, three of which are classified as secure. We appreciate the importance of time to market, especially in new product development, and secure facilities enable us work efficiently while guaranteeing complete confidentiality.

Systems are built and commissioned meticulously, both to schedule to the highest standards. Detailed build plans are created to ensure that assembly, wiring, piping and commissioning are sequenced optimally to maintain and often improve upon the project schedule.

We encourage you to participate in final testing to help maximise the transfer of knowledge.

Dedicated teams - comprising a programme manager, software lead and technician - ensure that each system fully meets the functional specification and delivery schedule.

Once factory acceptance testing is complete, the machinery is split, crated and delivered. The same team then reassembles and installs the machine and conducts final site acceptance testing and training.

Our expert teams have the knowledge, skills and accreditations to work in many different environments throughout the world. And all work phases conform to industry standard regulations and to your own documented requirements.
