Sometimes it is the tiniest details that make or break the success of a project. In order to keep track of every element of every project we utilise our own Tracker System software. This means that at any time we can instantly establish the progress of any given project, from manufacture of individual components to overall departmental loading.

 

Central to this system is the project chart, which is automatically updated via bar coded job cards and time sheets for every hour worked on a given project. Taken globally across all projects we can analyse our resources and respond accordingly to ensure staff levels are always optimised.
